With 10 years of extensive experience in dermatology, complex wounds, and aesthetics, Hope has developed a deep understanding of skin health and patient needs.

Throughout her career, Hope noticed a common complaint among patients: a lack of sufficient time and personalized attention from their dermatology providers. This observation, coupled with her passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, inspired Hope to open her own concierge dermatology practice.

By establishing this practice, Hope aims to revolutionize the patient experience. She is committed to offering flexible scheduling and extended appointment times, ensuring that each patient receives the thorough evaluation, ongoing partnered treatment, and preventative education they deserve. Hope’s concierge approach allows her to focus on building meaningful relationships with her patients, providing them with the time and attention that is often lacking in the traditional healthcare system.

Hope graduated with honors from Northern Arizona University with her second Master’s degree as a Family Nurse practitioner. During her time at NAU she participated in the AHEC scholar’s program through UofA focused on underserved populations. She then went on to complete a year long fellowship in Dermatology prior to achieving a separate Board Certification as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner. Hope is the marketing chair for the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners as well as an active member of Phoenix Dermatologic Society.

Her extensive background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care, medical procedures, and operational excellence. Dermatology and plastic surgery have always been her areas of passion, as they seamlessly combine her interest in skin health with her commitment to helping patients look and feel their best.

Ro is also a licensed aesthetician, with years of experience in body waxing, permanent makeup, lash and brow lamination, and a variety of treatments designed to enhance confidence and natural beauty. Her dual expertise in both the medical and aesthetic realms allows her to provide a uniquely informed and holistic approach to patient care.

Over the years, Ro has embraced the evolving landscape of virtual medicine and concierge care. She has grown to love working virtually, creating elevated, personalized experiences that prioritize convenience, privacy, and patient satisfaction.
